Put the various elements of a symphony in the hands of your child with this remarkable toy that teaches your child how sounds combine to form true polyphonic music! Press a button for the orchestra to play one of eight Mozart compositions. Now drop the instruments one by one (you choose!) until you hear just the flute, or the harp, or the violin playing its part of the piece. Now add the instruments back in the piano, or the French horn, perhaps. With the push of a button, your child can compose and arrange literally millions of musical masterpieces. Orchestral quality sound and flashing instrument buttons encourage your child's creative talents. Developed in conjunction with medical and educational professionals to promote learning from the earliest possible moments of childhood.

!1: Best Buy This cube has kept our son entertained from 3 months and still does at 16 months. We would leave him in the crib with this and be able to take a quick shower etc. I can't say enough great things about this. The cube plays a symphony and each button you push takes away or adds another instrument. There are only 6 songs but after a while you don't even hear them anymore. Isn't that the way with all toys that play songs?! Anyway, this was one of our best received gifts. on Sale!

!1: Best Buy We received the Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes at a baby shower for my son; he's now a year and a half and it's still going strong. I'm amazed at how durable this toy is- he's tossed it onto a hard floor from about a 3 foot height causing it to stop the current song, but it still works. We also haven't had to change the batteries yet, and he plays with it almost everyday.

It took a little while for my son to become interested in the toy- probably when he was about 8 or 9 months old; but since then it has become one of his favorite toys (for short periods of time) and it works well to help keep him distracted during diaper changes so he'll lay somewhat still on the table. on Sale!

Get in the learning groove with this delightful drum. It displays light-up ABCs so your little one can learn the alphabet while playing, singing and dancing to the beat. Features three fun learning modes: Alphabet, Dance Along and Musical Play. Teaches language, creativity and physical movement in both English and Spanish. Requires 3 "AA" batteries (included). Measures 8" tall.

!1: Best Buy I got this for my son at about 5 and a half months old. It was his first toy that is more specifically meant for sitting upright. He loves it! All 3 modes are very entertaining, and of course the ABC mode is educational. He really enjoys the graphics and the music. I like that he can hit the drum anywhere and it will still make the drumming noise (he sometimes turns it on its side because that is where the speaker is). My best friend bought one as well on my recommendation and her 6 month old daughter loves it! on Sale!

±1±: Best Buy My baby has loved this from the time she was about 6 six weeks and would lie underneath it and look at the toys and lights and listen to the music, to now when she is 6 months and likes to roll around under it, sit on the side and play with the giraffe and lie on her stomach and study the patterns. For me it has given me the opportunity to put her down, knowing she will be happy for around twenty minutes, and I'll have the chance to get something done. However, shop around. The price for this toy varies a lot! on Sale!

±1±: Best Buy I bought this piano along with some other toys for my 5 month old twins. It looked like fun so I got it not realizing that it also plays the numbers in English, French and Spanish. It also plays several classical compositions and can change from piano to xylophone, etc. I was so intrigued by it I showed it to my husband and we played with it for like 30 minutes before we actually gave it to the twins. I do find that the number 2 button sticks sometimes but it wasn't enough of a problem to make me take away a star. Your kids will love this toy. on Sale!

±1±: Best Buy Most musical baby toys are terrible. The songs are poorly arranged and annoying as hell. This box plays enjoyable tones and tunes that baby can mix and match to create either a fuller orchestra sound or solo instrumentation. I bought this toy for my baby niece and she has loved it since about 4 mos on (she will be 1 soon). It is fun yet low key, durable, and as long as the batteries aren't dying it sounds great! I highly recommend this toy as an early intro to music for your small child. on Sale!

±1±: Best Buy Our son got this toy at 5 months. Instantly loved it. He could easily put his fingers into the openings on the bendy ball and hold it. He's accidentally drop it and could easily pick it up again. The ball is light weight enough that it doesn't hurt him when he hits himself in the head with it (it happens) and he loves to throw it. The only negative is that he tries to eat it but can't. The ball bends but not enough to let him mouth the ball. But then again, he tries to eat everything. Oh, and he's 7+ months now and still loves to play with this toy. It's the cheapest toy we own and one of his favorites. on Sale!

±1±: Best Buy I bought this from Babies "R" Us when my son was 4 months old and 2 1/2 months later he still plays with it everyday. The ball is easy for him to grasp and move from hand to hand. The rattle inside captures my son's attention instantly. It rolls fairly well on carpet and wood floor which also encourages my son to roll and crawl after it. The bendy ball is bright, soft and bendable; my son has hit himself in the head with it a few times and hasn't injured himself. The ball is small enough to pack in the diaper bag and is super easy to clean. This is the first toy we grab when we want to distract or calm fussiness. on Sale!

±1±: Best Buy I bought this for my 2 year old since he's a music nut. While it's listed for younger kids, he loves toys that play music, so I figured it was worth a shot. Love at first use. He has his favorite songs and instruments. He'll change it up and play it over. The best part about this toy is it isn't annoying, like some Elmo toys. Also, it's tough. He's thrown it and the soft corners just bounce. The only bad part is there isn't a volume control - but it's not too loud, so I don't mind. I think my son will love this for at least another year or two. on Sale!
